The Shropshire Carers Support Team is extending hours for the Carer Support Line

From the week beginning Monday 15 January the Shropshire Carer Support Line will be operating extended hours. The support line will be staffed on Tuesdays from 9.00 am in to the evening until 7.30 pm and Saturdays 9.30 am – 12.00 noon. The dates this will begin are Tuesday 16 January and Saturday 20 January (please see table below for full times).

They have extended the hours so carers have more opportunity to use the support line for the support they need. Carers often have busy lives and many are working.

Shropshire Carer Support Line Opening Times

• Mon - 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
• Tues - 9.00 am – 7.30 pm
• Weds - 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
• Thurs - 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
• Fri - 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
• Sat - 9.30 am – 12.00 noon

Closed weekends after 12 noon on Saturdays and bank holidays. Answerphone operates out of hours, please leave a message or email and a Carer Support Practitioner will be back in touch as soon as possible.
