Keir have now confirmed that the road works are now complete and the High Street to Preston Brockhurst road has been re-opened. The work was to repair the edges of the highway that had been deteriorating, and which posed a risk to cyclists. Keir have now filled in the gaps along the roadside edge, but please do use the Fix My Street platform to report similar Highways issues to Shropshire Council.

Purpose: Urgent Road Closure to repair safety critical defects
**NB. All roadworks are organised through Shropshire Council and Clive PC has no information on the nature of the safety defects mentioned. We have requested further information and will update the PC website when we know more.**
