These fixtures are generally arranged by the Fixtures Secretary. Each match will have a designated match-day contact/captain, below.

Dress code for each match will be specified below as either 'Grey' or 'White', always with club ties/badges, along with the numbers and format of the match (Mixed Triples / Mixed Rinks, etc).

'Friends' and other player's guests are welcome at these events, and may wish to participate in the catered refreshments afterwards at home events, by paying an amount equivalent to £1 less than the fee charged to members playing in the event.
