M3 Junction 9 Improvement

Earlier this year the Government asked National Highways to pause all smart motorway projects that were in their early stages, including the M3 J9-14 project. The pause means that there can be changes to the scheme design and the materials that will be submitted to the planning inspectorate when consent to improve the junction is applied for.

Due to the consideration of these changes the application for consent has been delayed until Spring 2023.
