HCC Return of functions notice

From 1st April Hampshire County Council shall resume execution of its traffic management and on-street parking functions under the Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers that were previously discharged to the following borough/district/city councils ; Basingstoke and Deane, Eastleigh, East Hampshire, Hart, Havant, Rushmoor, Winchester.
