Assets of Community Value

Marden Parish Council has formulated a list of community facilities in the parish which may, or may not, be suitable as an asset of community value (ACV) - see below.

MPC successfully applied for The Unicorn PH to become an ACV in 2021 and it has applied to MBC for the West End Tavern to also be considered - we are due to hear later in February.
