Election of Parish Councillors for Mickleham May 2023
The deadline for nominations for the Mickleham Parish Council elections passed this week with six existing Councillors standing again.
No new candidates came forward, which leaves one vacancy.
That means there will be no contested election on 4th May and the six Councillors will make up the Parish Council which meets for their first 2023/2024 Meeting on Tuesday 23rd May in the Ranmore Room.
Key dates for Voters:
Deadline to register to vote - Midnight, 17th April
Postal vote deadline - 5pm 18th April
Proxy vote deadline - 5pm 25th April
Deadline to apply for VAC - 5pm 25th April
Deadline to return completed postal vote packs - 10pm 4th May
Local Elections May 2023
Local elections take place on Thursday 4th May when all Seven seats in the Mickleham Parish Council become vacant. The majority of existing Parish Councillors will be standing for office again. New candidates can come forward and commit to helping their community.
