NOTICE OF VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF COUNCILLOR MICKLEHAM PARISH COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 a casual vacancy has arisen in the Office of Councillor for the said Parish.

A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if, within 14 days (not counting a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday) from the date below, a written notice of an election is given to the Returning Officer, by TEN local government electors of the parish.

If no such notice is given, the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
