Ladies' NWKL

Petts Wood Bowling Club plays in the North West Kent League - and will have two competitive teams again this year.

The format is 1 triples team.  2 points for a win and 1 for a draw for each game, and the same for the overall match.

Our Ladies’ NWKL Club Representative is Jean Collins

The Selection Team is Jean, Carol Tillman and one other.

"Organising the NWK teams for Petts Wood Ladies is a great job as our members make it so easy.  Everyone who puts their name forward to play is so enthusiastic and, very importantly, so reliable and supportive of each other.  The league is comprised of about 30 teams from the North West Kent area, divided into 4 divisions.  Petts Wood Ladies have one team in Division 1 and one in Division 4 and all games are played on Thursday evenings.  It is very competitive between the clubs, but all games are played in the best spirit and are some of the most enjoyable we play during the season."   Jean

In 2021, 2022 and 2023 the Petts Wood 1 team came second to top of the Division 2 league. The team was subsequently promoted to Division 1 in 2024.

In 2023 Petts Wood 2 team came 4th in Division 4
