Subject: Notice of traffic lights and road closure on B4451, Kineton Road, Southam

Dear all,

Over the coming weekends we will have some traffic lights on the B4451 Kineton Road, including one weekend full closure on 17 & 18 April.   During these weekends we will be building part of the approach road leading to the bridge, installing drainage, and utility diversions.  This advanced work will help us keep further closures later this summer to a minimum. Please see the dates below:

Traffic lights –Saturday 28 March to Sunday 29 March

Traffic lights - Saturday 11 April to Sunday 12 April

Road closure - 8am Saturday 18 April to 5pm Sunday 19 April

Traffic lights - Saturday 25 April to Sunday 26 April

During the road closure weekend, please follow the diversion route via B4452, which avoid local road with weight/capacity restrictions.

Notice of road closure, Stockton Road between Stockton and Long Itchington at the Blue Lias on 30th March

A section of Stockton Road between Stockton and Long Itchington at the Blue Lias will be closed to vehicular traffic on Monday 30th March 2026 to safely enable tree trimming works. An alternative route will be signed and is available via: Stockton Road, Southam Road, Coventry Road and vice versa. Vehicular access & egress will be maintained where possible.
