Noel Terry Singles Trophy

The handicap (head-start) shots were set by the Handicap Committee but, as this is the first attempt, they accept that some of the handicaps may not be realistic.  The player with the highest handicap is given a head-start of the shots difference between the two handicaps, eg. Brian Thorpe (9) v Anthony Hick (4) - Brian would start the match with 5 shots on the scoreboard.  The match is then played as first to 21 shots with no limit to the number of ends.  Please record the actual result on the sheet to help refine the handicap system next season.

Details of the draw are shown below. Please arrange matches with your opponents. The first person named should also arrange for a marker.

With so many matches, please try to get the matches arranged and played at the earliest opportunity and no later than the play by dates.

Round 1 matches to be played by 29 June, Round 2 to be played by 18 July, Round 3 (Quarter-Finals) to be played by 3 August and Round 4 (Semi-Finals) by 23 August.  The Final will be played during Finals Weekend Saturday/Sunday 30/31 August. The chart will be updated as matches are played.
