Format

Six rinks of four players each playing 18 ends

Two bowls each per player

Failure to field 24 players shall result in a walkover

Scoring

Group Stages:

22 points on offer as follows:

1 point for a rink draw

2 points for a rink win

10 points for the county with the highest accumulative number of shots across all six rinks.

5 points if the accumulative number of shots is level after the completion of the match.

Should a match end as a tie (both shots and points) after 18 ends then an extra end or ends shall be played by all six rinks simultaneously until there is a winner. The total number of shots on all six rinks shall count on the extra end. The extra end shall not form part of the score within the group stage and is only used to separate two tied counties at the conclusion of the groups.
