WELCOME TO BRIZE NORTON PARISH COUNCIL

Brize Norton is a rural West Oxfordshire parish with a proud heritage and a strong community spirit. Located around five miles south-west of Witney, the village sits between Minster Lovell, Bampton, and Carterton, and is closely connected with RAF Brize Norton, from which it takes its name.

Brize Norton combines village character with an active and engaged community at its heart.

YOUR PARISH COUNCIL

Brize Norton Parish Council represents local residents and works to support the wellbeing of the parish. From maintaining local facilities to considering planning matters and supporting community projects, the Council aims to protect and enhance village life.

Council meetings are usually held on the first Monday of each month in the Elder Bank Hall meeting room. Members of the public are welcome to attend, and time is set aside for residents to raise matters with the Council.

Next Meeting: Tuesday, 7 April 2026 at 7:00 PM
