Brize Norton Parish Council Role
The Parish Council:
- Reviews planning applications affecting the parish
- Shares residents’ feedback with WODC
- Holds consultations on larger proposals to help inform responses
- Encourages local engagement on planning matters
Example: If a large housing proposal is submitted, the council may host a community consultation to discuss potential impacts, such as traffic, environmental effects, or infrastructure requirements. Notes from these consultations may be made available to the public.
