West Oxfordshire District Council has opened the final public consultation on its Draft Local Plan 2043.

Please take this final opportunity to comment before the plan is submitted for independent examination.
The Local Plan will help shape how West Oxfordshire grows and develops over the coming decades, including decisions around:
New homes and housing needs
Jobs and the local economy
Roads, transport and infrastructure
Community facilities
Protecting our environment
Tackling the climate and ecological emergency
Residents, businesses, community groups and other stakeholders are being encouraged to take a final look and have their say.
Public drop in events:
Carterton – Town Hall
Wednesday 9 September | 4.30–7.30pm
Chipping Norton – Town Hall
Thursday 10 September | 4–7pm
The consultation includes the full Draft Local Plan and supporting documents, with comments able to be submitted online. Hard copies will also be available at Council offices and selected deposit locations, including local libraries.
