Register of Parish Assets

This page provides a record of the significant assets owned by the Parish Council. The purpose of the Asset Register is to ensure transparency and accountability regarding the Parish Council's property and equipment. It includes key information about each asset, such as its location, value, and insurance details.

The Register will be updated regularly as new assets are acquired and as information about existing assets becomes available. This helps ensure that all assets are properly accounted for and protected.

Asset Register Table

Below is a list of the Parish Council's assets. As we are in the process of compiling full details of all assets, this page will be updated once the information is finalised.

How to Update the Asset Register

The Asset Register will be regularly updated as the Parish Council acquires new assets or receives additional information on existing ones. If you have any questions about the Asset Register or if you would like to suggest updates, please contact the Parish Clerk at dalwoodpc@gov.uk.

Additional Notes:

  • New assets: When new items are purchased or acquired, the details will be added to the table above.
  • Insurance updates: Each year, the insured value of the assets will be reviewed and updated as necessary.

Why Is This Important?

The Parish Council is committed to maintaining a clear and transparent record of all its assets for accountability purposes. By keeping an updated Asset Register, the Council ensures that it meets its legal obligations and can provide the public with information on how public resources are being managed.
