Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd - Temporary Road Closures - Station Road, Appledore & Station Road, Snargate - 10th March 2024 (Ashford & Folkestone & Hythe Districts)

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd, it will be necessary to close part of Station Road, Appledore & Station Road, Snargate from 10th March 2024, for up to one day, between the hours of 07.00 and 19.00,.
The roads will be closed in the vicinity of of the level crossing, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is via Station Road, The Street, Tenterden Road, Reading Street, Appledore Road, Woodchurch Road, Brook Street, Kenardington Road, Warehorne Road, D1305 11 Acre Wood Lane Junction With B2067 To D1291 Junction With D1305 11 Acre Wood Lane, Ashford Road, Ashford Road Junction With Bypass Link Road To Hamstreet, A2070 From J A2070/B2080 Roundabout To J A2042, Hamstreet Bypass, A2070 From Ashford Road To District Boundary, A2070 Rhee Wall To Ashford Road, A259 J A2070/B2080 Roundabout, Rhee Wall Roundabout, Rhee Wall, Brenzett Corner Roundabout, Rhee Wall Road and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
