HCC is proposing to make a Traffic Order for new speed limits at the new junction for Andover Rd and Welhouse Lane. Also in the proposal is a speed limit reduction to 40mph on Welhouse Lane and a speed limit to 20mph in certain areas in the development of Kings Barton.
