Village Hall News

STATEMENT FROM WEST MEON VILLAGE HALL COMMITTEE

10th November 2020

In line with Government Regulations the Committee has discussed the feasibility of keeping the Hall Open.

The Village Hall will be closed for the duration of the current Lockdown.

1st July 2020

The Committee has met and discussed the feasibility of re-opening the Village Hall. Having assessed the current government guidelines and regulations on Covid-19, together with the practicalities of re-opening especially taking into account the need to ensure as far as possible the safety of anyone using or entering the hall, the committee agreed that the hall will remain closed at the present time. The situation will continue to be closely monitored and it is very much hoped that the hall can re-open in the not too distant future. Any change will be advised to regular hirers and publicised on the Parish Council website.
