West Moors Memorial Hall is run as charity (registered charity number 217171).

OUR HALL

DAMAGE TO THE REAR OF THE HALL – update 16th April 2024.

Kitchen Repairs

We hope that the final part of the repairs to the kitchen following the car impact last September will be done soon. This should last 5 days and during that time the kitchen will be open but only partially. A section of the kitchen will be screened off and the gas hob, Lincat Water Boiler, Microwave and Warming oven will be inaccessible as will storage cupboards 10, 11, 12 and 13. The door between the kitchen and lobby will be closed off and access from the Main Hall to the kitchen will have to be via the Small Hall. The sink, dishwasher, kettle and the older hot water urn will be available.

We apologise to all hall users for the inconvenience but at least this should only take 5 days. Once I have the planned work date I will update this notice.

The car parking at the rear of the hall has been changed so that cars will park parallel to the wall rather than facing it. We hope that will reduce the risk of such an accident happening again.
