West Moors Memorial Hall uses personal data for the purposes of managing the hall, its bookings and finances, running and marketing events at the hall, personnel management and its fundraising activities.
Booking information is held for private/occasional users until the end of the calendar year after the event. Booking information for regular users will be kept indefinitely. Data may be retained for up to 7 years for accounts purposes and for longer where required for example by law or by the hall’s insurers.
The Information for personnel will be kept for 7 years after the end of their period of working with West Moors Memorial Hall.
West Moors Memorial Hall has a CCTV system. The management of and access to the data on this system is subject to the “West Moors Memorial Hall CCTV Policy”. The system and its use are reviewed annually and a copy of the most recent report is available from the trustees on request.
West Moors Memorial Hall does not disclose personal information to third parties unless required to by law.
