We are working with the West Moors Community Men's Shed group

We are working with West Moors Community Men’s Shed group to look into the feasibility of siting a community shed on our spare land at the end of the car park. You will notice some preparatory work including partial clearance and strimming to enable them to peg out the proposed layout.  Further information will be available on their website in the future at WMCMS.com

The West Moors Memorial Hall changed its Charitable status on 1st November 2025

The West Moors Memorial Hall was owned and managed by a Charitable Trust established in 1929.  As you might imagine such an old charity structure gave us considerable difficulty in operating in the modern world.  After 2 ½ years work we converted to a modern Charitable Incorporated Organisation on 1st November 2025.

You should not notice any changes from this other than a new charity number and new bank account details.  The majority of the Trustees continue to run the hall and the same policies and procedures are in place.
