The next meeting of the Parish Council will be on Tuesday 11th November 2025 in the Church Room, Claydon, starting at 7.30pm and will be preceded by a short meeting of the Playing Field Trust beginning at 7pm.

The Public Participation session of the Parish Council meeting will include a short presentation from Graham Slaven from SSE, whose role is to support our communities in building resilience, and especially working with our more vulnerable members of society to sign up to the Priority Services Register. This is an invaluable, free service for those that need support most in a powercut. He'll be talking about this, and all the other resources available to support the community - like the 105 number, SSE's community fund and the Powertrack app.

Everyone is welcome to come along to hear Graham speak, and there's absolutely no obligation to stay for the rest of the parish council meeting.

If you're unable to come along, but would still like to know about the Priority Services Register, the 105 number and the Powertrack app - please send me an email - cwcparishcouncil@gmail.com - and I'll send you some information.
