Friendly Fixture at West Mersea Indoor Bowls Club

Eight of us ventured across the Strood today for a very pleasant afternoon's bowls winning 2 rinks to 1 (my rink lost by 1 shot on the last end!) and by 59 shots to 37.
As with any friendly fixture the result comes second to the cameraderie and fun that was had on the green and my thanks go to West Mersea for the invitation and their hospitality. Oh, and special thanks to Carol from WM, who stepped in when we were 1 player short!
