A Meeting of the Town Council will be held on Tuesday 24th April 2018 at 7.30pm in the Craven Arms Community Centre for the transaction of the under mentioned business. Members of the Public can address the Town Council during the first fifteen minutes of the meeting. Presentation from Rob Wallace Salop Medical Services (UK) Ltd on their Defibrillator Scheme.

Declaration of any disclosable pecuniary interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of interests. Members are reminded that they are required to leave the room during discussing and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, whether the interest is entered on the register of members’ interests maintained by the Shropshire Council.

3. Minutes:

To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting on Tuesday 27th February 2018.

4. Matters arising

Matter arising from the minutes on items that are not included on the agenda.

5. Chairman's items:

Items that need to be brought to the attention of the meeting which are not of a policy or financial nature.

6. Highway Items:

To report/consider any highway/streetlighting issues.

7. Amenity Items:

a) To consider the recommendations of the working group assessing the quotes for the provision of the Outdoor Gym Equipment in relation to the selection of supplier and proposed siting of the equipment.

b) To consider the repairs of the Skateboard Equipment the cost of which will be approximately £2,500.

c) To approve the submission of a grant application for funding towards the provision of upgraded CCTV system for Carven Arms.

d) To consider any other Amenity Issues.

To approve the Accounts for Payment.

To consider Planning Applications that have been received by the Town Council.

11. Task and Finish Group – Revenue Initiatives

To consider the Sale of the Council owned land of the former Labour Hut Site Corvedale Road Ludlow and the appointment of an Independent Professionally Qualified Surveyor to advise on the potential Value and Use of the Land – (Legal Topic note LTN45 issued by the National Association of Local Councils).

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday 29th May 2018 which will be the Annual Public meeting and Annual meeting of the Council commencing 7.00pm
