A Meeting of the Town Council will be held on Tuesday 31st October 2017 at 7.30pm in the Craven Arms Community Centre for the transaction of the under mentioned business. Members of the Public can address the Town Council during the first fifteen minutes of the meeting.

Mr Dave Griffin of the South Shropshire Interfaith will be attending the meeting to explain the origin, nature and purpose of the Holocaust Memorial Day 27th January 2018

Declaration of any disclosable pecuniary interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of interests. Members are reminded that they are required to leave the room during discussing and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, whether or not the interest is entered into the register of members’ interests maintained by the Monitoring Officer.

a) To consider the replacement of the Street Light Column, Albion Terrace, Craven Arms.

b) To report any other highway/street lighting issues.

a) Update from Christmas Lights Working Group.

b) To consider the purchase of a Bus Shelter for installation on land adjacent to Tuffins Supermarket Craven Arms.

c) To consider any other Amenity Issues.

 

8. Financial Items:

 To approve the Accounts for Payment.

 

9. Planning Items:

a) To consider any other Planning Applications that may be received before the Town Council meeting.

b) To review Place Plan for Craven Arms Area – November Meeting.
