The Town Council is required under the Transparency Code to provide details of payments over £100, Summary of Accounts, Annual Governance Statement Internal Audit Report and details of Public Land and Buildings owned by the Town Council
The Town Council owns:
Five Bus Shelters, 86 Street Lights, Car Park and Picnic Area Corvedale Road Craven Arms, Public Conveniences Shrewsbury Road, Meadow Land at the Discovery Centre Craven Arms which is leased to Grow Cook Learn on a 99 Year Lease
The Town Council has a lease agreement with CAPFA for the management of the Craven Arms playing Fields on which it has a BMX Track and an outdoor Gym Facilitues.
The Town Council is the Corpoarte Trustee of the Craven Arms Playing Fields Association with the Community Centre Leased to HALO.
