Droxford Sports Pavilion
The Sports Pavilion belongs to, and is maintained by, the Parish Council. It is a perfect place to hire for children's parties, family gatherings, sporting fixtures, training and community events. During the warmer months the Pavilion doors can be opened up onto the Recreation Ground and the picnic benches used for outdoor seating.

Rate of Hire - Droxford residents:
Per day: £45.00
Per hour: £4.50
Rate of Hire - Non-residents:
Per day: £65.00
Per hour: £6.50
Conditions of hire
£100 refundable deposit.
In consideration of local residents no live music is permitted and no music should be played outside.
A booking form to be completed by all applicants; requests to hire the Pavilion free of charge for an event held for the benefit of the community should be stated on the booking form. The request will require the approval of the Council at a full Parish Council meeting.
A formal booking agreement is attached, which must be completed and provided to the Clerk, along with the booking fee and deposit.
