Droxford Sports Pavilion

The Sports Pavilion belongs to, and is maintained by, the Parish Council. It is a perfect place to hire for children's parties, family gatherings, sporting fixtures, training and community events. During the warmer months the Pavilion doors can be opened up onto the Recreation Ground and the picnic benches used for outdoor seating.

Rate of Hire                                                     

Half day: £30

Full day: £50

Evening: £30

Conditions of hire

 £100 refundable deposit.

Terms and Conditions of Hire are attached below. Please complete and return the Application for Hire Form to the Parish Clerk; requests to hire the Pavilion free of charge for an event held for the benefit of the community should be stated on the booking form. The request will require the approval of the Council at a full Parish Council meeting.

The Recreation Ground can be hired for event overflow parking at a cost of £35
