Droxford Parish Council is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

This accessibility statement has been compiled in collaboration with the Council’s website provider, HugoFox, and applies to its website: droxfordparishcouncil.gov.uk

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 1st December 2025.

The templates, colour schemes, navigation systems and content editors are designed with accessibility built in.

GDPR compliance and data security are managed through encrypted forms, automatic integration of privacy notices, secure cloud hosting that meets UK standards and regular security updates that occur behind the scenes. Cookie consent management handles visitor preferences correctly.

HugoFox also automatically updates our site as regulations and standards evolve.

The statement was last reviewed on 1st December 2025, and will be considered annually.
