Re: Planning Application Number 22/01783/APP – Land off Church Road (B488) Ivinghoe Bucks.

Provision of 68 C3 residential dwellings, including provision of vehicular and pedestrian access, highways improvements to the B488 / B489 junction and pedestrian footways along Church Road and High Street, green and blue infrastructure provision and management with associated infrastructure and landscaping.

Ivinghoe Parish Council has been consulted about the above Planning Application.

This application is like a previous application submitted by Cala Homes.

Please note any comments you have made to the previous application will not be considered for this.

Therefore, if you would like to make any comments regarding this application, please ensure you sent them to Buckinghamshire Council quoting the application number 22/01783/APP. The closing date for comments is 5th July 2022.

Ivinghoe Parish Council will be considering the application at the Parish Council Meeting to be held on Monday 4th July in Ivinghoe Town Hall at 7.15pm and will submit comments to Buckinghamshire Council the next day. As always, the public are welcome to attend the Parish Council Meeting.

Please ensure you submit your comments directly to Buckinghamshire Council by the 5th July.
