Armed Forces Veterans’ Mentor, Donnington Community Hub

The Donnington Community Hub are currently advertising the role of Armed Forces Veterans’ Mentor. The role is 24 hours per week and is contracted for three years with funding from the Veterans’ Foundation Charity

Key responsibilities include building supportive, trusted relationships with veterans; providing tailored mentoring and goal-setting support and signposting to services including housing, employment, health and welfare. The postholder will also encourage social inclusion and community engagement whilst acting as a trusted guide to help veterans navigate civilian life.
