Good news - we completed on our purchase of Speldhurst Chapel on 3rd December. On that same day we also signed a lease with Speldhurst Community Shop so that they will now have exclusive use of - and responsibility for - the chapel. They will soon progress their plans to renovate the property so that they can operate a shop and post office and provide a community hub meeting space.
