Saxilby Public Recreation Ground Charity
This document outlines the constitution (Indenture of 1920) of the Saxilby cum Ingleby Parish Recreation Ground Charity (Charity No. 521978). It governs the management of the Memorial Field and Recreation Ground, which was established as a War Memorial to honour fallen soldiers of the Great War. The land was purchased and dedicated for public use under the Recreation Grounds Act 1859 and Local Government Act 1894.
