Key Terms and Conditions of Use

To ensure the site remains safe and enjoyable for all, hirers must agree to the following terms upon booking:

  • Payment & Deposits: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Private event hires require a refundable £50 damage deposit, returned within seven days following a satisfactory post-event inspection.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than seven days prior to the booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within seven days may forfeit the booking fee unless the facility can be re-let.
  • Care of Facilities: Hirers are responsible for leaving the fields clean, tidy, and free of litter. All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided or taken home.
  • Insurance & Safety: Organised sports clubs, event holders, and commercial hirers must hold valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million) and provide a completed Risk Assessment prior to the event.
  • Alcohol & Licensing: Selling alcohol requires express permission from the Trustees and may require a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from the local licensing authority.
