Keeping the Rec safe for everyone 🏏⚽🌲

Recently we've seen electric quad bikes and fast electric bikes being ridden on the field, sometimes while cricket and football matches are being played. With balls flying and players running, this puts both the players and the young riders at real risk of serious injury.

Please note: motorised and electric vehicles are not allowed on the Recreation Ground.

This includes:

🚫 Electric bikes and e-scooters

🚫 E-motorbikes and quad bikes

🚫 Powered ride-on toys (mini electric quads, ride-on cars, hoverboards)

We know many of these are new presents and most parents simply aren't aware of the rule, so we're asking kindly: please help us by keeping them off the field. Club officials may pause a match and ask riders to leave the playing area. Please support them when they do.

Thank you for helping us keep the Rec a safe place for walkers, families, dogs and sports teams alike. 💚
