Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting 2025 took place at 7pm on Thursday 23 October 2025 in the Conference Room at Woodend, The Crescent, Scarborough, YO11 2PW.

The Officers and Committee for the coming year were confirmed as below:

Secretary: Mick Prince
Treasurer: Angela Doherty
Committee Members: Debbie Ambler; Colin Eastwood; Sue Glew

The amendment to the Constitution to set a quorum for Committee Meetings was approved. The revised Constitution can be found in the Policies section of this website.

The Secretary and the Treasurer gave a summary of the Annual Report and the accounts . These are still attached to this page for information.
