Management

Portishead and District Allotments Association Limited (Industrial and Provident Society) is run by a democratic and annually elected committee. It consists of Officers, Secretary and Treasurer, and Elected Members from each site. There is a Lettings Member responsible for each site. Details of current members of the Committee will be found on the respective sections for the allotment sites on sub page Committee.

There are usually four committee meetings each year, two of which are held on site. In addition there is an Annual General Meeting open to all members of the Association.

The schedule of meetings is the THIRD MONDAY of the MONTH as below but is subject to some changes due to availability of venue and clashes with Easter holidays.

January - Finance, Committee members  (venue Redcliff Bay Methodist Hall)

March - Annual General Meeting - Election of Committee - (venue Redcliff Bay Methodist Hall)

April - On both allotment sites - Election of Chairman by Committee

July - On both allotment sites

October -  Review of the year - (venue Redcliff Bay Methodist Hall)
