NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of FRIENDS OF SCARBOROUGH VALLEY GARDENS will be held in the Beacon Hall at St Andrew’s United Reform Church, 7 Albion Crescent, Scarborough, YO11 2LL at 7 pm on Thursday 22 October 2026 to transact the following business:

1. To Receive and Approve the Minutes of the AGM held on 23 October 2025.

2. To Receive the Annual Report including the financial report for the year ending 30 September 2026.

3. To Elect Officers and Committee Members.
