Bluey’s Success Story 🦜❤️
Bluey has settled into his new home brilliantly and is certainly showing everyone his wonderful personality!
His family tells us that Bluey is very independent and often prefers the company of his furry friends to the humans! He is also incredibly talkative — he knows a Star Wars song, copies ringtones and even says “wit woo!”
He loves having someone sit beside his cage and chat with him, but he is equally happy free-roaming around the house as though he owns the place!
His beautiful colouring has really blossomed since settling into his new home, and he certainly enjoys his favourite foods too.
We absolutely love receiving updates like this. Seeing Bluey happy, settled and comfortable enough to let his personality shine is exactly what we hope for when one of our birds finds their new home.

Lucky’s Success Story 🦜❤️
Lucky’s story is one that really shows just how special the bond between a rescue bird and their new family can become.
After going to his new home, Lucky quickly began to settle in and show his cheeky, loving personality. He became very attached to his new family and loves being close to them — whether that means sitting on a shoulder, enjoying his favourite head scratches or simply listening while someone talks to him.
Lucky loves to sing and whistle and is a very clever little boy. As he became more comfortable in his new home, his vocabulary began growing too. He learned to say “hello baby,” “cheeky boy,” “who’s a good boy?” and “pretty boy.”
We continued to receive wonderful updates as Lucky settled in, and it became clear just how strong a bond had developed. His adopter told us:
“I feel like I have always had him. I love him to bits.”
And perhaps the most special update of all:
“He has changed my life.” ❤️
Those few words say so much about what rescue and adoption can mean — not only for the bird receiving their second chance, but for the person who welcomes them into their life.
Lucky hasn't simply found a new home. He has become a much-loved member of his new family.

Sophie’s Success Story 🦜❤️
Sophie has settled beautifully into her new home and it certainly didn't take long for her personality to shine through!
Her new family describes her as incredibly friendly and affectionate. She loves being picked up, spending time sitting on a shoulder and being right in the middle of family life.
She's eating brilliantly, singing away “like a champion” and has made herself very much at home. ❤️
Sophie also knows exactly what she wants! Once she's been given attention, she isn't particularly impressed if her favourite human leaves the room — and she'll make sure they hear all about it until they come back! 😂
Updates like this are wonderful to receive because they allow us to see our birds becoming comfortable, building bonds and truly settling into their new lives.
Sophie has found somewhere she can feel safe, loved and very much part of the family. 🦜❤️
