Many of you will know by now that Don Hughes sadly passed away after a short illness last Tuesday 02 April. I have written to his family on behalf of the club to extend our sympathy and condolences to them. Don was an excellent bowler and served the club for many years as auditor of our accounts and it comes as a shock that he has passed away so soon, when he was still bowling with us only a few months ago. As someone said at the club, he was a true gentleman and will be much missed at the club. The funeral will be held at the Cheltenham Crematorium, Oak Chapel, at 1200 on Wednesday 24 April.
