Short Mat Pairs Pool B

Following the draw for partners on 26 September, I have selected the 2 pools for the Pairs League and allocated dates for each playing round. The full schedule is given below - try to play your games on the assigned day, wherever possible. If you need a substitute, we have a few reserve players, listed below, to choose from.

Remember that  the format is now 10 ends, 3 bowls per player. The time allowance for a game is 50 minutes: going over time is inconsiderate to those playing in following games, so keep an eye on the clock and play at a brisk pace to avoid exceeding your allotted time. Make sure you are familiar with the Short Mat rules, both the general rules and the rules specific to the Pairs League, in particular those dealing with position of feet: keep within the lines!

At the end of the season the top 3 teams in each pool will play off for the Pairs League title on Friday 03 April 2026.
