Club Competitions

The Competitions Committee met on Thursday 01 May to make the draw for this year's club competitions and for the Waghorne's Triples  on Friday evenings, which will be posted on the club noticeboard, as well as listed in the competition pages here. 

One notable change: the Mixed Pairs inevitably results in disappointment for many of the male entrants, because so few ladies take part. So, as an experiment, this year it will be a Mixed Triples, each team comprising one lady and two men (all drawn at random, no seeding). Matches will be played over 14 ends, with 3 woods per bowler.
