Salterforth Parish Council currently has six Councillors, one Councillor Vacancy and one Parish Clerk & RFO.

Meetings are generally held on the last Wednesday of every month in the Village Hall at 7.00 pm. 

The exception to this is August and December where no meetings take place.

The Parish Council welcomes and encourages residents of the Parish to come along to any of our meetings.  If you wish to have an item added to the agenda you can email the clerk using: clerk@salterforth-pc.gov.uk, use the Contact page on the website to send an email or contact one of your Parish Councillors directly.  Agenda Item requests must be in no later than Friday of the week before the meeting.

Alternatively, if there is a subject you wish to raise with the Parish Council that isn't on the agenda, you can attend a meeting and raise it during the Public Participation period of the meeting.

If you see an agenda item that you would like to make comment on, you can request to speak on that item by using one of the contact methods described above.  This can be done right up to the start of the meeting.
