Online Competition Entry Form

If you wish to enter any club competitions or the Waghorne Triples on Friday evenings, please complete and submit this secure online form as soon as you can after renewing your annual membership. If you prefer, you can download the form, which is available in PDF or Word format below, and e-mail it to cheltwhaddonbc@gmail.com. Paper copies of the form will also be available at the clubhouse.

The Competition Secretary will be at the club on Friday evenings in March and April to receive entry forms and/or to take payment.

The closing date for entries is 28 May 2026.

Please note that if you enter a competition you must make yourself available to play on Finals Days (Saturday 05 & Sunday 06 September 2026).

Please make yourself familiar with the general rules for competitions and the rules for the specific competition, in particular relating to timely arrangement of matches to avoid missing the play-by date. These are available in the Club Information folder and from the Competitions page on the Club website.

There are 2 changes to Club Competitions this year: Mixed Triples will continue (replacing the former Mixed Pairs competition); the Men's Handicap becomes an Open Handicap, allowing women to enter.

The Waghorne's Trophy this year will be played as a single round robin league. Each team will have 4 players (as for Short Mat triples), which should help to avoid the need for substitutes. All teams will play every Friday.
