Are you one of the 73% of UK adults with unused decorating paint stashed away at home?

Why not dig it out and donate yours to the Community Repaint Nottinghamshire scheme at our Beeston, Calverton, Newark and Warsop recycling centres?

Any paint that is reusable will be stored on site and given away for free to community groups, charities, schools and Nottinghamshire residents. Any paint that is not suitable for reuse will be sent for specialist treatment.

Disposing of liquid paint down a drain pollutes water courses and disposing of it in your general waste can result in damage and disruption when the paint cans are compacted in the back of collection vehicles.

So, if you’ve bought too much, changed your mind about the colour or are just having a spring clean, don’t let yours go to waste. Take it to one of our participating recycling centres (Beeston, Calverton, Newark and Warsop) to help make Nottinghamshire a brighter place to live!
