VOLUNTEERS FOR CHELTENHAM HALF MARATHON

To members of Cheltenham Whaddon Bowling Club,

Would you be willing to volunteer for this year's Cheltenham's Half Marathon on Sunday 5th September 2021. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved, make an impact in our community, and have some fun! With Cheltenham's Half Marathon running three incredible events (Half Marathon, 10K, Community Mile) and over 4,000 people attending on the day - we really can't do it without your help! Roles include: Pack Collection / Registration Helping any runners who have not received their packs or need replacement numbers Water Station Helping out at one of the course water stations Course Marshal Supporting the route team in marshalling various parts of the course Start / Finish Line Helping organise waves and hand out medals Bag Drop Helping in the bag drop team at the start / finish venue In return for your amazing work, you will receive: . Free entry into next year's event (for yourself or a friend!) . A tree planted in your name . Free bottled water throughout the day . A free breakfast! PLUS - if you dedicate 15+ people from your club, we shall make a donation to Cheltenham Whaddon Bowling Club!
