Planning Applications

The Parish Council are a Statutory Consultee in the planning process but do not make the final decisions on whether planning applications are approved or not.

Final decisions rest with The Borough Council Planning Team to consider comments from the Parish Council along with comments from other consultees and members of the public.

All planning applications are discussed in the Parish Council's monthly meetings which residents and applicants and/or their agents are welcome to attend to ask or answer questions from Councillors. At these meetings the comments to be passed to the Borough Council are agreed.
