Temporary Road Closure – PART OF SALISBURY LANE NETHER WALLOP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that
The Borough Council of Test Valley as agent for Hampshire County Council (being the Traffic
Authority) proposes to make an Order to allow safe access for engineering work on
underground apparatus :-
ROADS TO BE CLOSED
Part of Salisbury Lane in Nether Wallop from its junction with Salisbury Hill to a point 80 metres west outside Double Dee.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES
From the south eastern point of closure, north east on Salisbury Hill, north west on Station Road and south and south east on Salisbury Lane to the north western point of closure and on the same roads in the opposite direction.
PERIOD OF ORDER
From Monday 19 February 2018 for a period of 3 months or until completion of work, whichever comes first.
DURATION OF WORKS
The road is expected to be closed from 19 February 2018 to 2 March 2018 at all times.
Pedestrian and reasonable access to adjoining properties will be available.
