Edward Rowland

Skip Alan Howe, Bob Read, Mike Sherwood & Alex Stavrou played at home in the first round of the Edward Rowland Trophy against a team from Norfolk but suffered a defeat of 11 - 20.

Terry Carline, Jack Carline, Brian Denyer and John Hoare represented Maltravers in the 2nd group, at home to Buxted Park and won 26 - 14

Terry, Jack, Brian and John then travelled to Wealden for the next round and won 24 - 17.

Well done guys 

They then travelled to Rottingdean for the third round and won 24 - 15

In the quarter-finals Terry and his team played The Drive at home and on the last end were drawing  20 all. So an extra end was played which unfortunately Maltravers lost by 1 shot, final score 20 - 21

Great run from our lads though!
