Parish Council Meetings
Minutes of Parish Council meetings are available within 30 days after a council meeting. They are published in draft form and approved at the next council meeting. Agendas are published at least 3 days before a council meeting. A copy is also displayed on the noticeboard next to the Village Hall on High Street.
Venue: The Parish Council meets at All Saints Church, Church Lane Marsham, at 7pm on the second Monday of the month.
Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings and there is an opportunity within the meeting for members of the public briefly to raise matters with the Parish Council.
Next meeting dates as follows:
11th May 7.30pm Marsham Church - please note the change of time for this one meeting, which is because there is a meeting beforehand (see below). This is the Annual Council Meeting when the Chair is elected and the governance and financial documents are reviewed for the previous year.
Annual Parish Meeting 11th May 7pm Marsham Church
This meeting is called by the Chairman of the Parish Council for the electors of the parish to come together and discuss parish issues. It is not a council meeting. Anyone who is on the electoral register is entitled to speak and to vote on any resolutions that are proposed.
