The only regular scheduled commercial bus service for Warnford is now operated by the Meon Valley Community Bus Association.  See below for more details of this and other services offered by MVCBA and Community First

Stagecoach no67 service

This service runs between Petersfield and Winchester via West Meon, the timings can be found here.

The bus diverts for a single pick up from Warnford on this service at 7:36am on school week days, stopping out side the George and Falcon public house.

Taxis

There are no taxi operators who are based close to Warnford, the nearest being in Winchester, Petersfield, Alresford and Bishops Waltham.  This means that the cost for very short trips to and from Warnford will be relatively expensive.

Uber taxis will come from nearby towns to pick up and return from Warnford.  Uber is an online only service accessed via the Uber App which can be downloaded to a smartphone from the usual App Stores.  Fares are variable depending upon demand for the route and time of travel.

Meon Valley Community Bus Association

This operates a volunteer driven scheduled service on certain days of the week.  All bus passes can be used on this service, otherwise the standard return fare for all journey's is £6 (£3 single), under 16s half price, under 5s free.  The minibus cannot accept wheelchairs, therefore wheelchair users should consider using the Community First Connect minibus (details below).

The bus operates across the Meon Valley with final destinations (depending on the day of the week) to Petersfield, Winchester, and Fareham.

The minibus is also available for private hire.

Community First - Connect

Community First is a Hampshire based charity supported by HCC and WCC which provides a variety of local based services, including local transport.  The Connect service is an on demand door to door minibus service that operates across the Alresford & Itchen Ward and Upper Meon Valley Ward into Winchester City Centre on Wednesdays between 9:15am and 2:45pm.  The minibuses can accept wheelchairs and a return trip costs £9.  Please note, bus passes are not accepted on this service.

It is necessary to pre-register before using the service for the first time and the form can be downloaded here.  Once registered and accepted, journeys can be booked by calling 01962 852602.
